City View is located on the 4th floor of the METREON and is accessible from the ground floor via 2 passenger elevators and escalators. There is ADA access from all building entrances as well.

I would like to register someone to attend now, but I don't know who will be attending. What do I do?
You can assign the registration to a placeholder name. Once you have determined who will be attending, please email events@weddingwire.com with the updated information.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
If you would like to send someone in your place, we are able to transfer your ticket to another person. Please email events@weddingwire.com with your name, order number, and company name, as well as the information of the person who will be attending in your place.
I can no longer attend (due to travel, weather-related issues, or something else). Can I get a refund?
Refund requests will be accepted until January 5th, 2019 at 12:00pm EST. Please email events@weddingwire.com.
Can I sell my ticket?
You cannot sell your ticket or give your ticket to someone else. If you're no longer able to attend, please read our refund policy and email us at events@weddingwire.com.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Please send any dietary restrictions to events@weddingwire.com.
I would like to meet with my account representative to ask questions about my WeddingWire account. Is this possible?
Our Customer Success Team will be on-site for one-on-one consultations and trainings throughout the conference.
What should I wear?
Attendee attire is business casual. San Francisco temperatures in February usually range from the high 60s to low 50s (F).
Will lunch be served?
Light snacks will be provided during registration however, a full lunch will not be available during the conference.
